At the second meeting of the new season on Monday 24th October, members went back to the classroom for a tutorial on post processing techniques given by our Media Officer, Stuart Warstat.
In depth tuition was given on converting raw files in Photoshop and Lightroom and the use of the many tools to be found in the above programmes.
Stuart also demonstrated how he obtains beautiful landscapes with the use of HDR, graduated filters and layer masks to obtain the desired end result.
Many add on and plug-in programmes were also included to show the endless possibilities open to the digital photographer today.
Thanking Stuart for his presentation, the Chairman, observed that he felt that each and everyone had gained a lot of useful help from the evening.
